Scaffolding is where Trip Guard began. Established in 2002 as a specialist scaffolding provider, scaffolding remains a flagship capability and one of our most recurring revenue streams — anchored by long-running contracts at TNB Janamanjung (since 2007), the Petronas Pengerang Integrated Complex (since 2021), and major construction-phase scaffolding scopes at the Matarbari Coal Power Plant in Bangladesh and the Jimah East Power Plant in Malaysia. Trip Guard provides BS Standard Tubular Scaffolding and Modular Access Tower systems, designed and erected for safe access in industrial construction, plant maintenance, and turnaround windows. All scaffolding is CIDB-certified, supported by qualified design, risk assessments, and inspection regimes — with the green Safe to Use tag applied after inspection.
