Scaffolding

Scaffolding is where Trip Guard began. Established in 2002 as a specialist scaffolding provider, scaffolding remains a flagship capability and one of our most recurring revenue streams — anchored by long-running contracts at TNB Janamanjung (since 2007), the Petronas Pengerang Integrated Complex (since 2021), and major construction-phase scaffolding scopes at the Matarbari Coal Power Plant in Bangladesh and the Jimah East Power Plant in Malaysia. Trip Guard provides BS Standard Tubular Scaffolding and Modular Access Tower systems, designed and erected for safe access in industrial construction, plant maintenance, and turnaround windows. All scaffolding is CIDB-certified, supported by qualified design, risk assessments, and inspection regimes — with the green Safe to Use tag applied after inspection.

Hot & Cold Insulation & Cladding

Hot & Cold Insulation & Cladding

Trip Guard provides hot and cold insulation, refractory linings, and protective cladding services for industrial plants — including power plants, oil and gas facilities, and process plants. Our largest insulation scope to date was delivered at the 2x600MW Matarbari Coal Power Plant in Bangladesh, where Trip Guard executed turbine, equipment, piping, ESP, and flue gas duct insulation totalling tens of thousands of square metres.

Painting & Blasting

Painting & Blasting

Trip Guard delivers industrial painting and abrasive blasting services for plant equipment, structural steel, storage tanks, and industrial buildings. Surface preparation through abrasive blasting is followed by protective coating systems engineered for the operating environment — corrosive atmospheres, high-temperature service, weathering exposure, and marine settings.

Trip Guard delivers industrial roofing for plants, warehouses, and supporting buildings — including metal roofing systems, weatherproofing, and integration with cladding and structural envelope work. Our roofing scope is delivered alongside our broader civil and building construction services for industrial and infrastructure projects.

Trip Guard provides refractory installation for high-temperature plant equipment and ash handling systems. Refractory linings protect boilers, ash hoppers, and process equipment from extreme heat, abrasion, and corrosive operating conditions — extending equipment life and maintaining plant operating efficiency.
